Start by wearing "My Happy Feet" socks while relaxing for about 15—20 minutes, or as long as comfortable. After about a week, you should be able to keep them on overnight and your feet will look and feel much better. Soft Acrylic, nylon and Elastan blend construction. Machine washable and dryable. Imported. Off—White only. Specify by Women's shoe size: Small (4—6), Medium (7—9) or Large (10—13).
